At Dasai Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
